I am thrilled to tell you that this holiday season, I have decided to do a BLOGMAS!
Yes, I am committing to posting every day until Christmas! Can I get a few cheers, please? Thank you! Since holiday season can be pretty overwhelming, sometimes. Like too much happening at once and we have a hard time looking after ourselves. This combined with the ending year can get super stressful, so as your friend, I think it is important that we talk about self-care!
So the blogmas is going to be *cue drumrolls* Twenty Five Days Of Self-Care.

Blogmas: Day 1
First things, first.
Self-care is impossible till you acknowledge that the only person who is the most important to you is, you yourself. Seems easy to say but tough to practice, right?
Well, if you ask me, it is as easy as it sounds because there is only one thing you need to do to treat yourself. I am going to stop beating around the bush and tell you the magical secret.
All you have to do is put your needs, your likings and yourself above anything else. You have to treat yourself like the most precious thing in the world. If you treat yourself the way you are deserved to be treated, a lot of things will be easier then they are, right now.
You need to look into the mental as well as physical aspects of your life. If you treat yourself to clean food, healthy routine and positive mindset, trust me you cannot imagine the wonders you could do with your life. I am not asking you to go hardcore in a day, just one step at a time, but make sure that you keep taking the steps forward.
Afterall, the only person who is going to be truly with you, throughout your entire life is you. So, why not make the journey as beautiful as possible.
Place yourself on the top of your priority list and clap for yourself, because you just took the first step towards self-care and a beautiful life which you have always imagined.
