Blogmas: Day 15

From the past few days we are discussing about the various aspects of self care and today I am sharing fifteen tips to practise self care.

  1. Drink more water
  2. Read a self help or motivational book
  3. Declutter
  4. Sleep an hour earlier than your usual time
  5. Stay off social media for a few hours
  6. Exercise, because hello endorphins
  7. Have pampering sessions
  8. Write journal
  9. Dance with no care in the world
  10. Talk to family or friends
  11. Make time for your hobby
  12. Positive affirmations, these are practically magic
  13. Watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S for the nth time or the first time
  14. Stand in front of a mirror and say, “I love you” to yourself
  15. Go for a walk
