Happiness is a very important aspect of self care. It is your responsibility to ensure your happiness and today I am going to share a few occasions where we unknowingly compromise with our happiness.

  1. Staying with toxic people
  2. Buying a dress two size too small
  3. Feeling guilty after eating your favourite food
  4. Comparing your life to people on social media
  5. Staying in a bad relationship
  6. Spending too much time on social media
  7. Not getting enough sleep
  8. Saying yes to everyone
  9. Trying to make everyone happy
  10. Not taking time out for yourself
  11. Procrastinating
  12. Working below your potential
  13. Not talking about your feelings
  14. Hating your body
  15. Ignoring your mental health
  16. Not saving money
  17. Not exploring your hobbies

If you nodded yes to even one of the points mentioned above, it’s time to re-evaluate what is working for you and what is not.

You deserve to be happy.

  1. Great suff are here, you right about saying YES as we should not say yes all the time, we have a limit of using it. While about procrastinating aspect, it depends on how people are using it, as there are two of procrastination, in the one hand, productive procrastination, whereas it involves on those who start fast and become slow to finish but it will be successfully at the end we get happiness for what we have achieved, on the other negative or useless procrastination, it is probably not achieving anything as it will lead to sadness and failure. Anyway, great post dear👍
