Self-care also includes working towards being a better version of you and today I am sharing 19 ways to be better than what you already are.

  1. Forgive yourself
  2. Do not hold grudges
  3. Be honest with yourself and others
  4. Practise gratitude
  5. Start your day with a morning affirmation
  6. Don’t be very hard on yourself, you are only human and it’s okay to fail sometimes
  7. Give something back to the community
  8. Respect the existence of others
  9. Give yourself a pep talk every day
  10. Set some goals from time to time and do your best to achieve them
  11. Be present in the moment
  12. Be kind
  13. Make an effort towards making your relationships stronger
  14. Adopt a hobby
  15. Move outside your comfort zone
  16. Eat healthy
  17. Have a proper sleep routine
  18. Spend at least 5 minutes every day, learning something new. ( I read it somewhere and it became a part of my routine)
  19. Appreciate the life you have been blessed with
