Admit that you need help, acceptance is the first step towards getting better. You can only heal if you realise what is happening to you and how to get better.
It is okay to look for help, you cannot do everything on your own. You don’t have to be on your own the entire time, you can lean on others for help. There is no shame in asking for help. Don’t forget what Dumbledore said,
“Help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who ask for it.”
Getting help is vital for your growth if you want to evolve, accept all the help that you can get.
Most importantly, self love is the need of your life

Sometimes people are so caught up in their head that they don’t even realise and most of the times there is no way out. That’s where friends and family play a vital role. Be there to hold their hands throughout the process, make them feel loved and support their journey.
One thing you must keep in mind is that you should approach them with care. Their mind is already cooking up a lot of stuff so it is better if you take a gentle approach full of love. Sometimes, people don’t easily accept the help and it’s your job as a loved one to make them realise that it’s okay. that everything will be okay.
So, next time, don’t shy away from accepting help.
