8 Morning Affirmations For Your Mental Health


On the eighth day of blogmas, I am going to share a list of morning affirmations to kick start your day the happy way.

  • I will only allow healthy things in my life right now

  • I am in control

  • I am enough

  • I deserve love, compassion and empathy

  • I matter. I am allowed to say ‘no’ to others and ‘yes’ to myself

  • I’ve survived this before, I’ll survive now

  • I embrace all my human emotions

  • I am brave and strong

So stand in front of a mirror and say these to yourself, every day.
