11 Signs It’s Getting Bad Again (Your Mental Health)


On the eleventh day of blogmas, I am sharing 11 telltale signs that your mental health is deteriorating and you should definitely not ignore them.

  1. You want to cry and shout
  2. You stop caring or caring too much
  3. You haven’t opened your curtains in a week
  4. You have self-harming thoughts
  5. You don’t want to talk to your friends and family
  6. Your room is a mess
  7. You are constantly on edge
  8. You have a crazy sleep schedule, either you sleep all day or not at all in 3 days
  9. You haven’t taken a bath in 3 days
  10. You start getting sick for no reason
  11. You zone out a lot

If you observe one or some of these signs, please start taking better care of yourself. You have to do everything you can to make yourself feel better. You deserve a healthy life.
