Wrapping Up Blogmas 2018 – A Take On Mental Health


Merry Christmas everyone!!!!

A big thank you to everyone who has been a part of my this year’s blogmas. You have no idea how happy it made me. Celebrating blogmas with a topic which is very close to my heart means so much to me.

Mental health struggles consumed my entire year and I wanted to end the year on a right note. By talking more about it, by sharing tips which worked for me and by telling things which I wished I knew.

This community is very kind and accepting, I don’t really know what I did to deserve so much love, but the one thing I do know is that I am thankful for each and every one of you. You guys are a huge part of my journey of getting better and for that, I’ll be forever grateful.

If the blogmas helped even one person, I am going to take it as a huge accomplishment.
